O. C. Allen is a renowned thought leader, communicator, entrepreneur and human rights activist.  He founded The Vision Cathedral of Atlanta, one of the world’s largest inclusive and affirming churches with campuses across the United States.  With more than 20 years in active ministry and speaking to thousands, Allen is a formidable leader, bridging cultural divides with his relatable style and leading practical applications for success and wholeness.  Allen is also the Presiding Bishop of the united Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship global affirming religious organization.

The Obama Administration appointed him to the Presidential Advisory Counsil on HIV/AIDS.  He serves on the Atlanta Mayor’s LGBT Advisory Council and the Atlanta Human Relations Commission.  He is the Executive Director of Vision community Foundation, Inc. and CEO of iElevate+TV, a successful online streaming network.  He is committed to building bridges and partnerships that promote equity and opportunities to create a more inclusive society.  He has been featured on BET, CNN, People Magazine, and ABC.  Bishop Allen has received recognition from various community and national organizations  including the “Trailblazers” Award from Rev. Jesse Jackson, The Rainbow Push Coalition, and the Georgia House of Representatives.  Bishop Allen was inducted into the prestigious Martin Luther King, Jr. International Board of Preachers, Scholars, and Sponsors of Morehouse College.
